Information we process
Pixeltje Licensing stores the account identifier supplied by Google or Microsoft, your email address and display name, license entitlements, organization memberships, seat assignments, certificate issuance history, declarations, and audit events.
Payments
Paid purchases are processed by Stripe. Pixeltje stores Stripe transaction identifiers and accounting totals, but does not receive or store full payment-card details.
Desktop privacy
The Pixeltje desktop application verifies the downloaded license file offline. License verification does not upload documents, photographs, hardware identifiers, or editing activity.
Purpose and retention
Account data is used to authenticate customers, administer entitlements, fulfill purchases, issue certificates, prevent abuse, and meet accounting obligations. Final retention periods and the legal basis for each category require review.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion of personal data. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal and accounting obligations. Contact privacy@pixeltje.com.
